2 ripe banana peel
100 grams ají
100 grams onion
100 grams pimentón
salt

1/2 cups fresh cilantro
1/2 cups chives
2 tomatillos
2 eggs
1/2 cups vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cups water
3 cloves garlic
4 tablespoons parsley, for decoration

Chop the banana peel into small cubes, place it in a pan, and sauté with soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over low heat.
Add the cilantro, onion, 3 cloves of garlic, the two tomatoes, and the bell pepper, all chopped into small pieces.
Sauté over low heat.
Add half a cup of water over high heat and let it dry.
Add the 2 eggs, mix slowly, and cook for a few more minutes.
