Breaded Carrots

This is one of the perfect side dishes for any occasion, Breaded Carrots. It's a recipe that I assure you kids will love, especially if they don't like vegetables.

  • 1 kilo carrot
  • 3 eggs
  • breadcrumbs, necessary amount
  • salt , to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • lemons, to taste for decoration
  • water, necessary amount

  • Boil the carrots with a little salt (don't let them get too soft).
  • Drain and let cool.
  • Once cooled, cut into 4 strips.
  • Soak them in pepper, salt, and lemon. Let them rest for a few minutes.
  • Beat the egg and dip the carrots in the egg, then in breadcrumbs.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes. After that time, fry.
