This is one of the perfect side dishes for any occasion, Breaded Carrots. It's a recipe that I assure you kids will love, especially if they don't like vegetables.

1 kilo carrot
3 eggs
breadcrumbs, necessary amount
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
lemons, to taste for decoration
water, necessary amount
Preparation

Boil the carrots with a little salt (don't let them get too soft).
Drain and let cool.
Once cooled, cut into 4 strips.
Soak them in pepper, salt, and lemon. Let them rest for a few minutes.
Beat the egg and dip the carrots in the egg, then in breadcrumbs.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes. After that time, fry.
