Herdez Vegetarian Burger
Getting kids to eat lentils has never been so easy, nutritious, quick, and delicious. It’s a very simple and economical preparation. I always make vegetarian burgers for my kids and they love them.

1 can soup, Lentils Herdez®
1 bunch celery
1 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
parsley , chopped to taste
onions, chopped to taste
1 cup oil
burger buns, to taste
salt , to taste
pepper, to taste
Preparation

Medium
Chop onion, parsley, and celery into small cubes to taste.
In a plate, mix the chopped ingredients with the Herdez® lentil soup.
Form small balls from the previous mixture.
Beat 1 egg with salt and pepper.
Dip the balls in egg.
Coat them with breadcrumbs and lightly flatten with a fork.
Heat a pot with a drizzle of oil.
Fry for 1 minute on each side.
Drain on paper towels.
Serve hot with the hamburger bun.
