  • 1 cup red onion
  • 2 cups tomato, in small cubes
  • 1 cup cucumber, in small cubes
  • 1/4 cups serrano chile, in slices
  • 3 cups mango, in medium cubes
  • 1/2 cups cilantro, finely chopped
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • cilantro leaves, for decoration
  • serrano chile, sliced, for decoration
  • avocado, in slices, for decoration

  • Combine the red onion, tomato, cucumber, serrano chili, mango, and cilantro in a bowl. Set aside.
  • Mix the lime juice, olive oil, and salt, and combine. Set aside.
  • Pour the lime and oil mixture into the ceviche bowl. Let it sit for 15 minutes and set aside.
  • Serve the mango ceviche and decorate with cilantro leaves, serrano chili, and avocado.
