100 grams oats, cooked
100 grams amaranth, cooked
1/2 onions, finely chopped
1/2 cups fresh cilantro, chopped
1/2 cups bell pepper , finely chopped
1 egg
2 morita chiles, deveined and hydrated
1/4 onions, for the sauce
2 cups tomato sauce
1 clove garlic

Drain the oats and amaranth and set aside.
Mix oats, amaranth, onion, cilantro, and peppers with the egg.
Form little balls with the mixture (I lightly fry them in butter so they hold their shape).
Blend the tomato sauce with the onion, garlic, and morita chili.
Strain the sauce and cook for 5 minutes in a saucepan, season to taste.
Add the meatballs and cook for 2 more minutes.
