  • 4 potatoes, peeled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

  • Cook the potatoes in a pot with water until soft. Remove from water and let cool.
  • In a bowl, place the potatoes and mash until you form a purée, add salt to taste, the eggs, and mix well, then add the breadcrumbs and incorporate. Shape into cakes and set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and fry the cakes, removing excess grease with a paper towel.
