  • 4 mangoes
  • 3 cucumbers
  • 1/2 jicamas
  • 1/2 red onions
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 4 serrano chiles
  • 1 bunch cilantro

  • Wash and disinfect the cilantro and serrano chili.
  • Peel the jicama and cucumber, and remove the seeds.
  • Cut the jicama, mango, and cucumber into cubes, while the red onion is sliced into feathers.
  • Blend the lime juice, chili, cilantro, onion, and salt.
  • Mix everything in a bowl and serve.
