Wash and disinfect the cilantro and serrano chili.
Peel the jicama and cucumber, and remove the seeds.
Cut the jicama, mango, and cucumber into cubes, while the red onion is sliced into feathers.
Blend the lime juice, chili, cilantro, onion, and salt.
Mix everything in a bowl and serve.
