Vegetarian Pizza

  • 300 grams puff pastry
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 250 grams flour
  • 300 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 100 grams button mushrooms
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1/2 cups black olives

  • Preheat the oven to 250° C.
  • Sprinkle flour on the table or plate where the pizza will be made.
  • Place the puff pastry on the table or plate and roll it out to the desired shape.
  • Spread tomato sauce all over the puff pastry.
  • Add the cheese.
  • Add all the ingredients, already sliced.
  • Put it in the oven for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted.
