Steak Tacos Thread

This original way of eating steak tacos is presented in the shape of a donut with a delicious Herdez® Habanero Green Sauce in the center. The meat is marinated in the same sauce before cooking, which gives an extra special touch to the preparation. This steak taco bagel is easy to make and will show off in front of guests.

  • 500 grams beefsteak
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1/2 jars Herdez® habanero green sauce, to marinate
  • vegetable oil
  • taco-sized tortillas
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1/2 cups cilantro
  • 1 avocado, in slices
  • lime, parties, to accompany
  • Herdez® habanero green sauce, To accompany

  • Season the beef steaks in a mold, then add the Herdez® Habanero Green Sauce and marinate for 10 minutes.
  • While the meat is marinating, prepare the garnishes. Finely chop the onion, cilantro and reserve until used.
  • Heat a griddle or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the marinated steaks for approximately 5 minutes each. Remove from the heat and chop the meat into small pieces.
  • Pass the tortillas through a little oil, it can be from the same pan where you made the steaks and heat them for 3 minutes each.
  • Serve the steak tacos in the shape of a thread on a board with the garnishes that you prepared, accompany with lemons to taste and Herdez® Habanero Green Sauce in the center.
