Chipotle Chicken Pancakes

  • 750 grams ground meat, chicken
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 cups Knorr® tomato bouillon
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 3 tablespoons canola oil

  • In a mold, add the egg, the ground bread, the onion, and the Knorr®Switzerland Chicken Broth, mix very well.
  • In a medium hot skillet add 2cd of Margarina Primavera®Calina without salt, and put 1 cd of the chicken mixture forming a pancake, without moving, until it is cooked on one side and turn.
  • Once cooked on both sides, remove and reserve.
  • Add the Knorr® Tomato Caldillo to a hot pan along with the chipotle pepper, add the pancakes and let boil.
