Fish Sticks with Habanero Dressing

  • 300 grams fish
  • flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • crispy breading machine Bimbo ®
  • cooking spray
  • 2 Habanero chiles, roasted, for the dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise, for the seasoning
  • 1/4 cups ketchup, for the seasoning
  • 1/4 cups lime juice, yellow, for the dressing
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • chervil, finely chopped

  • On a cutting board cut the fish into sticks, about two fingers width
  • Pass the fish strips through the flour, egg and Bimbo® Crunchy Bread Crumbs, making sure to cover them very well.
  • Heat a pan with a little oil spray and fry the fish sticks on all sides until browned, drain on absorbent paper.
  • For the dressing, blend the habanero pepper with the mayonnaise, the ketchup and the yellow lemon juice, the salt and the pepper until obtaining a soft and smooth dressing, set aside.
  • Serve your fish sticks sprinkled with Chinese parsley, garnish with yellow lemon, dressing and fresh salad.
