Fish with Nuts Crust

Including fish in your meals has many benefits, as it is a food rich in protein, minerals, calcium, and provides B vitamins. In addition, it is not only versatile when cooked, but also has a great flavor. If you were looking for a different way to cook fish, try this one with a nut crust and a creamy chipotle sauce.

  • 1/2 cups peanuts
  • 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 cups cranberries
  • 1/2 cups sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cups walnuts
  • 800 grams fish fillet
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup cream cheese, you can replace it with natural yogurt without sugar
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, Light
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chile
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • leaves cilantro, to decorate

  • Chop peanuts, pepitas, cranberries, sunflower seeds and walnuts.
  • Place the fish on a tray and season with pepper and olive oil. Then sprinkle with the chopped nuts, press down a bit with a spoon, pour in more olive oil and bake for 25 minutes at 180°C.
  • For the chipotle sauce, blend the cream cheese, evaporated milk, chipotle and chicken broth. Then heat the sauce in a saucepan.
  • Serve a mirror of sauce, place the fish and decorate with the coriander.
