Gratin with Buffalo Shrimp

This version of gratin is very simple to prepare, delicious and you can find all the ingredients easily, it is ideal to accompany Saladitas Gamesa® Cookies.

  • 1/4 cups butter, for shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, for the shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cups shrimp, clean, for shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary, fresh and chopped, for the shrimp
  • 1 teaspoon paprika, for shrimp
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, for shrimp
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, for shrimp
  • 1/2 cups white wine, for shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch, for shrimp
  • 1 1/2 cups buffalo sauce, for shrimp
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese, grated, for gratin
  • goat cheese, small pieces
  • green onion, stem, finely chopped
  • Saladitas® saltine crackers

  • In a medium frying pan, preferably thick (it can be made of wrought iron), over medium heat, melt the butter and add the garlic and shrimp, the rosemary, sauté for 2 minutes; Add the paprika and garlic powder, season with salt and pepper and pour in the lemon juice, cook for 3 more minutes.
  • In the same pan add the white wine, the cornstarch (diluted with the same shrimp liquid), the buffalo sauce, the Manchego cheese and cover, cook at low temperature for 10 minutes or until the cheese melts.
  • Serve in the same pan, decorate small pieces of goat cheese and chives tail; Accompany with Saladitas® Gamesa® Cookies
