  • 2 packages Proan® pork chop
  • 2 tablespoons raw sugar, for the ruby
  • 2 tablespoons paprika, for the ruby
  • 2 tablespoons thyme, for the ruby
  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder, for the ruby
  • 2 tablespoons ground pepper, for the ruby
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • vegetable oil
  • 2 giant hamburger buns
  • chipotle mayonnaise
  • bacon, fried
  • Manchego cheese
  • cheddar cheese
  • potato chips
  • onion rings
  • coleslaw

  • In a bowl, add the rub ingredients and mix until integrated.
  • Slightly cut the picaña on the fat side, add a little oil, spread the rub on the Proan® Pork Picaña on both sides and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • Seal the meat in the grill over direct heat for 10 minutes on each side. Cook over indirect heat for 2 hours.
  • Use a brush to brush the meat with the BBQ sauce, add the cheeses and cook for another 5 minutes. Remove from heat and reserve.
  • Heat the hamburger bun until golden on both sides. Booking.
  • Cut a part of the hamburger bun with the help of a 10 cm diameter cutter.
  • Spread one of the buns with the mayonnaise, place the meat with the cheeses, add the fried bacon and add the burger top. On the cut you made, add the fries.
  • Serve the jumbo burger with onion rings and coleslaw.
