Chicken Alfredo Lasagna

This chicken Alfredo lasagna is perfect for pasta night! Featuring a creamy mixture of Parmesan, ricotta, and Mozzarella cheese, this outrageously good lasagna makes an amazing main dish that both children and adults alike will love from the very first bite.

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cups spinach, cut into thin strips
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 3 cups chicken breast, cooked and shredded

  • 15 pieces lasagna sheets, cooked
  • 3 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded

  • In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
  • Add whipping cream, Parmesan cheese ricotta cheese, chicken, and spinach. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • In a baking dish, place a layer of lasagna sheets and top with a layer of the previous mixture. Repeat the layers until baking dish is full. Top with shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 356 °F for 15 minutes or until cheese broils. Remove from oven.
  • Cut chicken Alfredo lasagna and serve on a plate with salad on the side.
