Sushi with BBQ Meat

Delicious sushi roll wrapped with exquisite meat marinated in Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce. A unique dish that you can not miss. Prepare and enjoy.

  • 50 grams roast beef
  • 75 grams sushi rice
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 15 milliliters white vinegar
  • 30 grams carrot
  • 30 grams avocado
  • 15 grams cream cheese
  • Hunt´S ® original bbq sauce
  • water
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

  • Wash the rice with cold water until the water comes out clean. In a pot boil 1 glass of water, vinegar, salt and sugar, once the water is boiling add the rice and cook on low heat until the water is consumed and cooked the rice, turn off and let it cool completely.
  • Wash the carrot and cut into thin sticks. In a pot with water add the carrot for 5 minutes on high heat, as this is cooked; strain the water, place the carrot on a skillet over high heat with Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce and wait for it to caramelize. Turn off and let cool.
  • Season the steak with salt, pepper and Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce, cook on the grill or in a pan over high heat for 5 minutes; until the meat is cooked. Cut the meat into strips of approximately 2 cm.
  • On a bamboo mat, place the cooked rice and extend it 20 cm long by 12 cm wide, then add the cream cheese, carrot and avocado cut into strips; Roll with the mat until you have a firm roll.
  • On the outside of the sushi roll place the meat strips alternating with avocado strips, roll until you get a uniform roll.
  • Cut the sushi roll into 10 pieces of approximately 2 cm each and decorate with sesame seeds.
