Are you a fan of Alfredo sauce? Then this shrimp Alfredo pizza will surely get your buds tikling! A perfect family dinner, this homemade pizza is prepared with shrimp coated in Alfredo sauce and is best enjoyed right out of the oven.
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, 0.8 oz oil, for the dough
1 tablespoon salt, 0.3 oz, for the dough
11 grams yeast, for the dough
1 tablespoon oregano, for the dough
1 tablespoon basil, for the dough
1 cup bacon, finely chopped
2 tablespoons garlic
2 cups shrimp, clean and peeled
1 package cream cheese, cut into cubes, 6.7 oz
1 cup whipping cream
3/4 cups Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
cheese, Manchego, Mozzarella
chives, finely chopped, for garnish

Preheat oven to 356 °F.
For the pizza dough: On a clean surface, make a mountain of flour. Add water, oil, salt, yeast, oregano, and basil. Knead until a homogenous and elastic dough is obtained.
Place pizza dough on a previously greased bowl and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
For the shrimp Alfredo: In a skillet over medium heat, fry bacon until it turns color. Add garlic, shrimp, cream cheese, whipping cream, and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper. Cool and reserve.
On a floured surface, roll out dough until it is 0.1 inches thick. Place on a baking sheet. Add cheese mix, shrimp, and chopped chives.
Bake for 15 minutes or until dough is cooked through and cheese is melted.
Remove shrimp Alfredo pizza from the oven, cut into slices, and serve.
