Sushi Lasagna

Are you willing to explore the flavors of the world? Then get to work and prepare this incredible sushi lasagna, a practical, simple and cheap option. Best of all, this version is made with tuna marinated in Kikkoman® Chili Soy Sauce, ginger, sesame oil, steamed rice, seaweed, cucumber, cream cheese, and Kikkoman® Chili Soy Sauce.

  • 4 cups tuna, raw, diced medium
  • 1/2 cups Kikkoman® Chili Soy Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated, to marinate the tuna
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil, to marinate the tuna
  • 1/4 cups green onion, slice, to marinate the tuna
  • 4 cups rice, steamed
  • 12 leaves seaweed
  • 2 cups cucumber, in slices
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 2 cups avocado, sliced
  • Kikkoman® Chili Soy Sauce, to decorate
  • beet sprout, to decorate

  • Combine the tuna, Kikkoman® Chili Soy Sauce, orange juice, ginger, sesame oil and spring onion in a bowl. Let marinate for 10 minutes
  • To form the sushi lasagna: Place a 2cm-wide layer of steamed rice in the baking dish. Later, add a layer of seaweed, one of rice, one of seaweed, one of tuna, one of rice, one of seaweed, one of cucumber, one of rice, one of seaweed, one of cream cheese, one of rice, one of seaweed, one of avocado and, finally, a layer of rice and one of cucumber. Garnish with black sesame seeds, Kikkoman® Chili Soy Sauce and beet sprouts. Refrigerate the sushi lasagna for 15 minutes.
  • Serve the sushi lasagna in the same dish and enjoy.
