Zucchini and Cauliflower in Lemon Garlic Sauce

  • 2 cups cauliflower, cut into trees
  • 2 cups pumpkin, slices lengthwise
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • pinches salt

  • On a grill at medium heat, cook the cauliflower and pumpkin with cooking spray for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
