Chicken Spinach Casserole

This chicken with spinach casserole is very easy to prepare, it is full of flavor, it is low in fat and has the creamy and healthy touch that only Oikos® Protein Greek Yogurt gives. Being a lactose-free product, it is ideal for people with lactose intolerance.

  • 6 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • pinches salt
  • pepper
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, or olive
  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 1/2 cups Oikos® Protein Greek Yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons garlic powder

  • Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper and paprika.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat with vegetable oil, then seal the breasts for approximately 5 minutes on each side. Add the spinach, lower the temperature and cook the breasts for 10 more minutes.
  • Pour the Oikos® Protein Greek Yogurt and the garlic powder into the pan, cook for 3 minutes and season if necessary.
  • Serve accompanied by a salad, rice or your favorite side dish.
