  • 2 cups milk, to marinate
  • 1/4 cups butter, melted, to marinate
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce, to marinate
  • 4 PROAN® Cowboy Pork Chops
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 cups flour, to flour
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder, to flour
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, to flour
  • 1 tablespoon ground pepper, to flour
  • salt, to flour
  • 1/4 teaspoons baking powder, to flour
  • vegetable oil, to fry
  • mashed potatoes, To accompany
  • coleslaw, To accompany

Low
  • Mix milk, butter and hot sauce in a bowl. Place the PROAN® Cowboy Pork Chops in the bowl and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Add the egg in a refractory, beat and reserve. In another refractory, mix the flour, garlic powder, paprika, pepper, salt and baking powder until integrated. Drain the PROAN® Pork Cowboy Chops, pass through the flour mixture, then through the egg and return to the flour. Reserve the breaded chops on a plate.
  • Fry the PROAN® Pork Cowboy Chops in a pot with enough oil at a low temperature for 15 minutes or until they are golden on the outside and cooked on the inside. Drain KFC-style chops.
  • Serve the PROAN® Pork Cowboy Chops and accompany with mashed potatoes and coleslaw.
