  • In a bowl, mix the cinnamon cookies and pecans, then add the melted butter and combine.
  • Place plastic wrap in a pastry ring and add the cookie dough. Press until the dough is well compacted.
  • Cream the cream cheese and add the whipping cream. Incorporate the vanilla extract, condensed milk, and hydrated gelatin, and mix until you obtain a homogeneous mixture. Pour into the cookie base.
  • For the gelatin: pour hot water into a bowl and add D’Gari® pink guava gelatin. Mix until well integrated. Let it cool, and when it's about to start setting, pour the mixture into the mold.
  • Unmold the guava cake and decorate with red fruits and edible flowers.
