Baked pasta with artichoke sauce

  • 1 package Farfalle De Luigi®, of 500 g
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cups onion
  • 1 garlic clove , finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups artichoke
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cups table cream
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 2 cups bacon, fried, in medium cubes
  • 2 cups Manchego cheese
  • parsley , for garnish

  • Heat water in a pot over medium heat, and when it boils, add salt and cook the Farfalle De Luigi® for 9 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a skillet. Sauté the onion and garlic for 1 minute, add the artichokes, cook for 3 minutes, and remove from heat. Then, blend the evaporated milk, cream, white wine, the artichoke mixture, salt, and pepper until you get a smooth mixture. Set aside.
  • Place the Farfalle De Luigi® pasta in a greased baking dish, pour the sauce over it, and add the bacon and cheese. Repeat the same process until finished with cheese.
  • Bake at 180 °C for 5 minutes or until the cheese is gratinated.
  • Serve the pasta and garnish with parsley.
