  • 1 package Luigi® Rotini
  • Gouda cheese, grated
  • parsley, for decoration
  • bread, sliced, for serving

  • 1 package Luigi® Rotini
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cups ground meat
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 pumpkins, halved, hollowed out
  • Gouda cheese, grated
  • parsley, for decoration
  • bread, sliced, for serving

  • Add salt to a pot of boiling water and wait for it to boil again. Add the Rotini De Luigi®, cook for 9 minutes or until the pasta is al dente. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet and sauté the garlic, onion, and meat for 5 minutes or until the meat starts to change color, pour the heavy cream into the same skillet, add the Parmesan cheese, pumpkin puree, salt, and pepper, and cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
  • In a bowl, mix the pasta with the previous preparation and combine.
  • Place the pasta inside the pumpkin, sprinkle the cheese, and bake for 5 minutes or until the cheese is golden. Decorate the baked pasta with pumpkin with parsley.
