Black Pasta with Shrimp in Saffron

  • 300 grams pasta, black
  • 15 shrimp
  • .5 grams saffron
  • 1 pumpkin
  • 1 onion
  • 250 grams sour cream
  • chives, finely chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese

  • Cook the pasta in boiling salted water with a splash of olive oil for 12 minutes.
  • Cook the shrimp in boiling salted water. Once cooked, peel them and sauté with finely chopped onion. Peel the shrimp.
  • Add the finely chopped zucchini and saffron to the pan. Add the cream and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
