300 grams pasta, black
15 shrimp
.5 grams saffron
1 pumpkin
1 onion
250 grams sour cream
chives, finely chopped
salt and pepper
olive oil
1/4 cups Parmesan cheese

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water with a splash of olive oil for 12 minutes.
Cook the shrimp in boiling salted water. Once cooked, peel them and sauté with finely chopped onion. Peel the shrimp.
Add the finely chopped zucchini and saffron to the pan. Add the cream and let it cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
