Spinach Cannelloni

A delicious recipe for spinach cannelloni, it turns out really tasty and your whole family will love it. It's a complete meal in addition to being very yummy.

  • 10 crepes
  • 250 grams goat cheese with herbs
  • 400 grams fresh spinach
  • 1 egg
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese
  • 1 onion, chopped and sautéed in a little oil
  • salt

  • Wash the spinach and set aside. Put a pot with a small amount of water and when it is boiling, cook the spinach. Let it cook for 7-8 minutes. Drain and let cool. Then, drain well to remove as much water as possible. Chop and set aside.
  • In a bowl, place the goat cheese, add the chopped spinach, the sautéed onion, the grated cheese, the egg, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix well to integrate the ingredients. Fill the cannelloni.
  • Place a little tomato sauce in a rectangular baking dish, add the cannelloni, another layer of sauce, and finish by covering them with the white sauce. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 to 40 minutes. Serve immediately. How delicious are they?
