Chicken and Bacon Alfredo Pasta

May a good plate of Alfredo pasta never be missing from your table! Although traditional pasta recipes are surely your favorites, this Chicken and Bacon Alfredo Pasta recipe will become a must in your personal cookbook. To cook pasta you should ensure it is al dente, otherwise, when you add the sauce, it can become mushy.

  • 500 grams spaghetti, or pasta of your preference
  • 1 package Fud® chopped bacon, 200g
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and cut into cubes
  • Parmesan cheese, to serve
  • parsley, finely chopped

  • Heat the water in a pot until it reaches boiling point, add the salt, and when it returns to a boil, cook the pasta until al dente, drain, cool, and set aside.
  • Heat a deep skillet over medium heat and cook the chopped FUD® Bacon until it looks golden, add the butter, and fry the garlic. Incorporate the heavy cream and milk and, when it reaches boiling point, add the Parmesan cheese, cook until it melts, add the chicken and pasta, mix and season.
  • Serve the pasta on a plate and garnish with more Parmesan cheese, parsley, and enjoy.
