Chicken and Bacon Alfredo Pasta

While traditional pasta recipes are surely your favorites, this Chicken and Bacon Alfredo Pasta recipe will become a must in your personal recipe collection. To cook pasta, you should ensure it is al dente; otherwise, when you add the sauce, it can become mushy.

  • 500 grams spaghetti, or your preferred pasta
  • 1 package Fud® chopped bacon, 200g
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups cow's milk
  • 2 cups Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and cut into cubes
  • Parmesan cheese, for serving
  • parsley, finely chopped

  • Heat water in a pot until it reaches boiling point, add salt, and when it returns to a boil, cook the pasta until al dente, drain, cool and set aside.
  • Heat a deep skillet over medium heat and cook the diced FUD® bacon until it's golden brown, add the butter and fry the garlic. Incorporate the heavy cream and milk, and when it reaches boiling point, add the Parmesan cheese, cook until melted, add the chicken and pasta, mix and season.
  • Serve the pasta on a plate and garnish with more Parmesan cheese, parsley, and enjoy.
