  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • water
  • 1/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chile in adobo sauce

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • parsley, finely chopped

  • Pour enough water into a pot and cook the tomato, onion, and garlic for 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Blend the tomato, onion, garlic, chicken broth, cream, and chipotles. Set aside.
  • Fill a pot with water, bring it to a boil, add salt, and cook the spaghetti for 8 minutes. Remove and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet, pour in the sauce and cook for 5 minutes. Then add the pasta and cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Serve the chipotle spaghetti and garnish with parsley.
