  • 1 package Codo #3 La Moderna®
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups turkey breast, baked, in medium cubes
  • 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cups white wine
  • 2 cups apple, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup pineapple, in syrup, in medium cubes
  • 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
  • walnuts, for decoration
  • cranberries, for decoration
  • fresh rosemary, for decoration

  • Add salt to a pot with enough boiling water, add Codo #3 La Moderna® and cook for 9 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet over medium heat, add the turkey and cook for 5 minutes. When slightly golden, pour in the orange juice and wine and cook for 2 more minutes. Set aside.
  • Combine the apples, pineapple, walnuts, sour cream, yogurt, Codo #3 La Moderna®, and turkey in a bowl.
  • Serve the cold Christmas macaroni soup in a bowl and decorate with rosemary, cranberries, and walnuts.
