  • 1 package La Moderna® Sign Soup, 200 g
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise, for the dressing
  • 1/2 cups sour cream, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon milk, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, finely chopped, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped, for the dressing
  • 1/4 tablespoons onion powder, for the dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder, for the dressing
  • salt, for the dressing
  • pepper, for the dressing
  • 2 teaspoons lime juice, for the dressing
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, cut into medium strips
  • 1 cup cherry tomato, halved
  • 1 cup bacon, fried, in large cubes

  • Add La Moderna® sign soup to a pot with boiling water and salt. Cook for 5 minutes, drain, and set aside.
  • In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, milk, parsley, cilantro, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined and set aside.
  • Place a bed of lettuce in a serving bowl, add the cherry tomatoes and bacon, and mix until well combined. Incorporate the pasta and mix.
  • Serve the BLT salad and accompany it with the dressing and a refreshing drink.
