2 green chiles

1 clove garlic
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
50 grams bacon, cut into strips or cubes
1/2 onions, finely chopped
1 pinch black pepper, and salt to taste
1 package cream
fresh cilantro
panela cheese, grated

Choose the soup of your liking, LA MODERNA, once cooked in water and drained; Roast the tomato, chiles, garlic, and onion, then blend them, fry them, and let them season, then set aside.
In a pot, place the butter and sauté the chopped onion, and once it looks translucent, add the bacon until it takes color, stirring continuously, then integrate the pepper and the cooked soup.
