200 grams La Moderna® pasta, codo #3
400 grams salad, country
120 grams turkey deli ham
125 grams panela cheese
2 tomatoes
140 grams tuna
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 liter water
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic

The first step is to boil water with salt, oil, and garlic cloves; when it starts to boil, add the La Moderna® elbow pasta.
Cut the ham, cheese, and tomatoes into cubes.
Drain the tuna and the country salad.
Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process.
Once drained, pour it into a baking dish and add the country salad, ham, panela cheese, tuna, and tomatoes, add two tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix.
Serve and enjoy.
