  • 200 grams La Moderna® pasta, codo #3
  • 400 grams salad, country
  • 120 grams turkey deli ham
  • 125 grams panela cheese
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 140 grams tuna
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 liter water
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt

  • The first step is to boil water with salt, oil, and garlic cloves; when it starts to boil, add the La Moderna® elbow pasta.
  • Cut the ham, cheese, and tomatoes into cubes.
  • Drain the tuna and the country salad.
  • Drain the pasta and rinse it with cold water to stop the cooking process.
  • Once drained, pour it into a baking dish and add the country salad, ham, panela cheese, tuna, and tomatoes, add two tablespoons of mayonnaise and mix.
  • Serve and enjoy.
