Cold Elbow

This is a very practical recipe that you can make with the type of pasta you like most. It is a cold pasta dish served with ham and cream, with a bit of salt and pepper. It is perfect for hot days or children's parties.

  • Boil enough water to cook the elbow pasta according to the package instructions, adding salt, bay leaves, onion, and garlic.
  • Once it’s al dente, drain it but do not rinse it with cold water; just let it cool for about 30 minutes.
  • Carefully remove the onion, garlic, and bay leaf. Place the pasta in a deep container.
  • Dice the ham and add it to the pasta, stirring gently, then pour in the cream and stir gently again. Finally, add some white pepper and salt, and garnish with finely chopped parsley.
