Fusilli a la Gamo

  • 200 grams surimi
  • 200 milliliters sour cream 200 milliliters sour cream
  • 100 grams low-fat mayonnaise

  • In a pot, boil 2 liters of water with salt, bay leaves, and a splash of oil. Once boiling, add the pasta and cook for 10 minutes or until done. Drain and cool.
  • Chop the celery and surimi, then mix with the cream and mayonnaise.
  • In a baking dish, add the pasta and incorporate the previous mixture.
