500 grams fusilli pasta, From Luigi High Protein
3/4 cups olive oil
250 grams Mozzarella cheese, or panela
1 1/2 cups black olives
200 grams cherry tomato
3 tablespoons wine vinegar
15 leaves basil
1/2 teaspoons oregano
1/2 teaspoons thyme
1 teaspoon rosemary
salt
black pepper

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and cool with water.
Marinate the crushed herbs in vinegar, after 20 minutes add the oil, salt, and pepper, and mix well.
Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and the cheese into cubes.
Combine the pasta with the ingredients and the vinaigrette.
Serve cold.
