400 fusilli pasta
3 cups cherry tomato
250 grams salami, in cubes
250 Manchego cheese, in cubes
1/4 cups black olives, sliced
1/4 cups baby corn, sliced
1/2 cups olive oil
1/4 cups balsamic vinegar
salt

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil to cook the pasta.
Once the water is boiling, cook the pasta for 6-7 minutes or until al dente, then drain the pasta immediately and rinse with cold water to cool.
In a deep bowl, mix the pasta with the tomato, salami, cheese, olives, and corn.
In another deep bowl, make the vinaigrette by mixing the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and seasoning with salt and pepper.
Add the dressing to the pasta and mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
