Pasta with a Tropical Touch

This delicious recipe is the perfect combination of pasta, pineapple, and chipotle pepper; your family will love it.

  • 1 package spaghetti, La Moderna
  • 1 can canned pineapple, chopped
  • 350 milliliters cream
  • 1 can chipotle chile
  • 250 grams serrano ham
  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/4 bunches parsley
  • Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 sticks unsalted butter , 45 g
  • 2 tablespoons corn oil

  • Bring water with salt and oil to a boil, and add the spaghetti.
  • Blend the cream with the chipotle and add 1/2 cup of syrup juice.
  • Heat a skillet and melt the butter, add the cream, and when it starts to boil, add the spaghetti, mix, and let cool.
  • In a bowl, pour the spaghetti, chopped pineapple, chopped Serrano ham, and chopped parsley.
  • Serve on a platter and decorate with Parmesan cheese.
