1 package spaghetti, La Moderna
1 can canned pineapple, chopped
350 milliliters cream
1 can chipotle chile
250 grams serrano ham
2 tablespoons salt
1/4 bunches parsley
Parmesan cheese
1/4 sticks unsalted butter , 45 g
2 tablespoons corn oil
Preparation

Bring water with salt and oil to a boil, and add the spaghetti.
Blend the cream with the chipotle and add 1/2 cup of syrup juice.
Heat a skillet and melt the butter, add the cream, and when it starts to boil, add the spaghetti, mix, and let cool.
In a bowl, pour the spaghetti, chopped pineapple, chopped Serrano ham, and chopped parsley.
Serve on a platter and decorate with Parmesan cheese.
