Confetti Pasta

The classic cold elbow macaroni or spaghetti soup but with a super fun and very healthy twist from the variety of vegetables it contains.

  • 2 carrots, cooked and chopped
  • 2 potatoes, cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup peas, cooked
  • 2 eggs , cooked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cups chives, chopped
  • 400 grams pasta , cooked and drained

  • Serve with some lettuce.
