1/2 cups Oikos® greek style yogurt
2 cups elbow pasta
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
2 cups spinach
salt and pepper

Cook the elbow macaroni for 8 to 10 minutes.
Place the spinach in a colander, and drain the pasta over the spinach to wilt it slightly.
Save ½ cup of the pasta water. Return the elbow macaroni and spinach to the pot.
Add ¼ cup of the pasta cooking water, add the cheese, and mix until melted.
Mix in the Oikos Greek Yogurt, salt, and pepper until creamy. If necessary, add the remaining water.
