Creamy Pasta with Asparagus and Peas

Very healthy creamy pasta with asparagus and peas, suitable for vegetarians.

  • 250 grams fusilli pasta, your favorite pasta
  • 300 grams asparagus
  • 175 grams frozen peas
  • 1/2 lemons, lemon zest and juice
  • 100 grams cheese, soft with chives

  • Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Two minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the peas and trimmed asparagus cut into pieces. Boil everything together for the last 2 minutes, then reserve a cup of the cooking liquid from the pan before draining the pasta and vegetables.
  • Return the pasta and vegetables to the pan and add the lemon zest, cheese, and seasoning. Add a splash of lemon juice to taste and mix in 2 to 3 tablespoons of the cooking liquid to loosen the sauce.
