  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 400 grams fettuccine pasta
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup shrimp, fresh, shelled
  • 1 cup squid
  • 1 cup clams
  • 1/2 cups white wine
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cups tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups parsley, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons pepper
  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish

  • Heat a pot of water over high heat until it reaches a boil. Add the salt, and when it returns to a boil, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain, cool, and set aside.
  • Heat the butter and fry the garlic, onion, shrimp, squid, and clams, add the white wine and cover until it evaporates. Add the pasta, cream, tomato, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and pepper.
  • Serve hot, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and accompany with bread.
