Creamy Pasta with Spicy Chicken

  • 2 chicken breasts, for marinating
  • 4 tablespoons salsa macha, for marinating
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar, for marinating
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil, for marinating
  • 1 tablespoon oregano, for marinating
  • water, for the pasta
  • salt, for the pasta
  • 200 grams penne rigate pasta
  • 2 tomatoes, roasted, for the morita sauce
  • 2 morita chiles, for the morita sauce
  • 1 clove garlic, roasted, for the morita sauce
  • 1/4 onions, roasted, for the morita sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream, for the morita sauce
  • 1 cup evaporated milk, for the morita sauce
  • parsley

  • Place the chicken breast in a baking dish, add the salsa macha, white vinegar, olive oil, and oregano. Marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • For the pasta: Heat the water and once it starts to boil, add the salt and wait for it to boil again, then add the pasta and cook for 11 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • For the creamy sauce: Blend the tomato, morita chili, garlic, onion, cream, and evaporated milk. Set aside.
  • Heat the Jade Cook® pan on a grill over medium heat and cook the chicken for 7 minutes on each side. Cut into cubes and set aside.
  • Heat the Jade Cook® pan over medium heat, add the feather pasta, the creamy sauce, and season, cook for 3 minutes. Add the chicken and parsley.
  • Serve and enjoy!
