Creamy Yellow Cheese and Ketchup Pasta

It is a sweet version for eating pasta, ketchup is added to give a somewhat acceptable sweet twist to the pasta, where everyone will want a little more.

  • 1 package pasta
  • 1/2 sticks unsalted butter
  • 1 cup table cream
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 onions, diced
  • 6 slices yellow cheese

  • Cook the pasta in water without salt.
  • In a container, add the butter with the onion over very low heat until the onion softens.
  • When the onion is ready, add the slices of yellow cheese one by one until they melt.
  • At that moment, add the cream and ketchup and mix until integrated.
  • Proceed to plate, place the pasta, and add the cheese cream and ketchup on top.
