Chop the garlic and onion finely, grate the carrot.
Sauté the garlic with the onion in a pan with olive oil, then add the carrot, the tomato puree, and when it starts to boil, add the ground meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and add the oregano.
Cook the meat and turn off the heat.
Place a layer of lasagna pasta at the bottom of a baking dish, continue with a layer of meat, and then another layer of lasagna pasta.
Put the grated cheese on the last layer and bake the lasagna for 25 minutes at 220 °C.
