Elbow Pasta in Morita Sauce

Craving a very Mexican pasta? We present to you the delicious elbow pasta in morita sauce, which is exquisite. It's a simple and quick preparation that takes no more than 30 minutes to cook.

  • 4 tablespoons Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 1 bag elbow pasta, cooked without salt (200 g bag)
  • 3 dried morita chiles, deveined and deseeded, soaked in hot water.
  • 3 tomatoes, cut into eighths
  • 1/2 cups onion, cut into medium cubes 1/2 cups onion, cut into medium cubes

  • In a pot over medium heat, melt the Primavera® Cooking Margarine without Salt and sauté the garlic and onion in it. Add the tomato and sauté for a few minutes. Add the chili and cook for one minute.
  • Remove from heat and blend the contents of the pot perfectly with the water and teaspoons of Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
  • Pour the sauce into the pot and bring to a boil over medium heat. Then add the pasta and mix well to integrate and season everything evenly. Cook for two more minutes, remove from heat
