Elbow Pasta with Ham and Cheese

This recipe is a way to enjoy pasta a little differently and is ideal for the little ones at home; it's full of flavor and will please everyone at home, plus it’s super easy to prepare.

  • 200 grams elbow pasta
  • 1/4 kilos deli ham, of your preference
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 250 grams cream
  • 100 grams Manchego cheese
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon

  • water
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

  • Place the pasta in water with a little salt and boil until al dente.
  • Chop the ham, garlic, and onion into pieces, and fry them in butter.
  • Add the pasta and stir everything, then add the cream, broth, salt, and pepper, mixing carefully to integrate everything well.
  • Sprinkle the cheese and let it gratin for 5 minutes.
