1/4 kilos deli ham, of your preference
1/2 onions
1 clove garlic
250 grams cream
100 grams Manchego cheese
1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon
salt
pepper
water
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Preparation

Place the pasta in water with a little salt and boil until al dente.
Chop the ham, garlic, and onion into pieces, and fry them in butter.
Add the pasta and stir everything, then add the cream, broth, salt, and pepper, mixing carefully to integrate everything well.
Sprinkle the cheese and let it gratin for 5 minutes.
