6 beef, medallions
500 milliliters whipping cream
1 shot Tequila
5 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic
dried thyme
chile flakes, dried chili
salt
black pepper

Season the medallions with salt, pepper, and dried thyme.
Sear the medallions in oil and fry the garlic and dried chili, set the meat aside.
Add the tequila to the pan to deglaze (dilute the cooking residue of the medallions) and let it evaporate a bit.
Add the cream and let it cook for 5 minutes, seasoning with salt.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions, drain, and season with the tequila cream, placing a medallion on each plate.
