  • salt
  • 1 package spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups cream cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons italian herbs
  • Parmesan cheese, for garnish
  • parsley, finely chopped, for garnish
  • slice of bread, to accompany

  • Cook the pasta in a pot with enough water and salt for 9 minutes or until well cooked. Drain and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a skillet, sauté the garlic for 2 minutes, and add the heavy cream, cream cheese, salt, pepper, and Italian herbs. Mix and cook for 5 minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly.
  • Add the fettuccine, mix, and cook for 3 more minutes. Serve the Fettuccine Alfredo in a baking dish and garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
