Fettuccini Alfredo

Pasta with mushrooms and chicken with some other ingredients, very good for special events.

  • 1 package fettuccine pasta

  • Place the pasta in boiling water and cook the chicken, fry the bacon in small cubes.
  • Melt half of the butter in a pan, add the tablespoon of flour and brown for a few minutes. Pour the evaporated milk into the mixture in a very thin stream and stir.
  • Add the chopped parsley and incorporate the previously cooked and shredded chicken, mushrooms, and bacon. Keep this on low heat, let it thicken, and finally add the pasta.
