Fettucine in Gorgonzola Sauce

  • 1 package fettuccine pasta
  • 1/2 cups gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup fresh cream
  • 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 1/2 cups almonds
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 1 pinch salt

  • In a large pot, cook the pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes or until al dente.
  • Meanwhile, start preparing the sauce. In a medium pot, heat the cream and chicken broth over medium heat until boiling for 5 minutes.
  • Add the Gorgonzola cheese and almonds, and stir until the cheese is melted into the cream.
  • Season the sauce and combine it with the pasta.
