1 package fettuccine pasta
1/2 cups gorgonzola cheese
1 cup fresh cream
3/4 cups chicken broth
1/2 cups almonds
1 pinch ground black pepper
1 pinch salt

In a large pot, cook the pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes or until al dente.
Meanwhile, start preparing the sauce. In a medium pot, heat the cream and chicken broth over medium heat until boiling for 5 minutes.
Add the Gorgonzola cheese and almonds, and stir until the cheese is melted into the cream.
Season the sauce and combine it with the pasta.
